Use / Applications
Conductor designed for single-phase low-voltage service connections, with a concentric neutral conductor that makes energy theft difficult between the overhead line and the connection to the measurer of installation.
Construction
Conductor: Soft copper wire, class 1 according to IEC 60228.
Insulation: Thermoplastic compound of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) rated for 70°C.
Neutral: Concentric conductor formed by soft copper wire.
Jacket: Weather-resistant black polyethylene with UV radiation resistance.
Manufacturing Standard: Nexans internal standard based on Chilectra ESP-0036
Marking: NEXANS CHILE SETP 2 x "section" 0,6 kV "Date"

INSTALATION CONDITIONS FOR CURRENT CARRYING CAPACITY SETP
Current carrying capacities based on table N°4.4 of RIC N°4, for installation and cables not directly exposed to solar radiation.
Perm current rating in air 30°C: Multiconductor cables (Three conductors with load) installed freely in the air, in conductor ladders or in conductor baskets or in perforated trays. Installation Method E according to RIC N°4.
Current capacity correction factors must be considered according to the specific installation conditions.
