We come together to promote female empowerment

On June 5, we met with Foro Innovation, Innspiral, and Sodimac to promote the participation of women in the sector's ecosystem and motivate women to incorporate innovation into their daily lives. Camila Mohr, Danica Music and Francisca Martín presented their ideas and delved into the topic. 

"Unfortunately we are in debt with the inclusion of women in studying technology and science careers, in Chile only 17% of people working in artificial intelligence are women, we must encourage their participation from an early age and focus innovation to empower them in all capacities," said Camila Mohr, general manager of Innspiral.

Danica Music, assistant manager of Innovation at Sodimac, said that "innovation must always be accompanied by the generation of value in other people, this cannot be achieved alone, it is also very important to be generators of community."

For her part, Francisca Martín, executive director of Foro Innovation, said that although there are currently more cases of women leaders in innovation positions, it is necessary to continue strengthening their participation with training and curiosity.
